Wintringham Friday food truck – September Liftshare Sign-Up competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: Urban&Civic (Wintringham) Ltd (The Promoter) whose registered office is at 4th Floor 115 George Street, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH2 4JN and smart journeys (The Promoter) whose registered office is New Shire Hall Emery Crescent Enterprise Campus, Weald, Huntingdon PE28 4YE.

**Prize Draw** smart journeys and Urban&Civic have teamed up with @offthebeatentruck, to offer five vouchers to be won for anyone over the age of 18 who signs up and activates their Liftshare account in the month of September 2025. Whether you share it with a family member, friend, or someone who deserves a little extra appreciation or simply enjoy this indulgent treat for yourself. There are five vouchers worth £10 each on offer!

Each voucher will be digitally emailed to the winners and has a monetary value of £10, which can be enjoyed at Wintringham and are valid for use at any of the 'Friday Food Trucks'. Each voucher must be shown to the food truck and can only be used on hot food on Friday evenings and is available for use in one transaction only.

You must be aged 18 or over to enter this competition.

How to take part:

1. SIGN-UP to the Wintringham Liftshare Community at: Wintringham Liftshare community - part of the Liftshare network or via the ‘Mobilityways App’ (join the Wintringham community by searching for ‘Urban&Civic’), activate your account and create a profile before 11.59pm on 30th September 2025.

UK entry only. Winners must be able to get to Wintringham, St Neots to use and redeem their vouchers from the 6th October to the 10th November 2025. Each code must be redeemed at "Friday Food Trucks" at the school plaza at Wintringham. Each voucher is available for use in one transaction only.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value. No change given.

One entry per account. The giveaway closes at 11.59pm on Tuesday 30th September 2025. Vouchers can only be used starting the week of 6th October 2025.

Five winners will be chosen at random. Each winner will receive a £10 digital voucher for the Friday Food Trucks. Signing up to the Liftshare community will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions of the prize draw.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (Mainland only) aged 18 years or over except employees of Urban&Civic and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By signing up to Liftshare (Wintringham Liftshare community - part of the Liftshare network), an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter will be made available on Wintringham Social Media channels.

The closing date for entry will be clearly stated. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

All eligible submissions will be entered into the competition. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by The Promoter and or its agents.

The winners will be notified via their email used to sign-up to the Wintringham Liftshare Community. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The names of the prize winners will be shared with Urban&Civic to ensure the correct person(s) claim their vouchers.

The Promoter(s) will notify the winner when and where the prize can be used by email within 7 days of the closing date.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

The awarding of prizes is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The Promoter is not responsible for any missed collections, deliveries or damages to items which may be part of the competition prize during transit.

Prizes are eligible for collection/delivery UK Mainland only.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By submitting your details as an entry to the competition you agree to Urban&Civic and smart journeys and its agents contacting you on those details if you are a winner.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
